Review: Top notch experience! From the moment I called to inquire if Wm. Masters could diagnose my water heater issue I knew I was at the right place. They’re caring and understanding staff was able to get a technician over to my house in under 24 hours. He was able to quickly and efficiently diagnose my problem and provide me several options. Replacing my water heater was the most viable option. Within 48 hours they were back out and had the job done! The care, skill and craftsmanship is seen at every connection.

Review: Because of their 24/7 response to repair issues we had a diagnosis, a very fair estimate, and a new furnace all in less than a week. And we couldn’t have been happier with the installation crew. Gage, Jordan and Gavin were polite, respectful of our home, knowledgeable, and everything was installed with a great regard for detail. They patiently answered every question, and then thoroughly cleaned up when finished. And … everything was completed just two days before our family showed up for Christmas. Again … we couldn’t be happier!
