Review: Prior to Dornbos taking over, this company was good and Mo who was our service tech was great. This year, my husband scheduled a annual maintenance and no one showed up. He called the next day and left a message and still no one called back. A week later, we get a call letting us know a service tech is on their way. I called back and said no because we found another company to come because no one showed up when they were supposed to be here and no one called back after we left a message about the no show. The woman on the other end of the line didn’t really seem to care, and when my husband told her what happened she basically just said ‘ok, so you don’t want the tech to come out’ and then hung up. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. They don’t seem to care about their customers and their representatives show that.
