Review: Elite Air Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the air conditioner and furnace in our home. We built our house 20 years ago and Elite Air installed the original air conditioner. We had them perform annual checkups and cleaning which I believe is why the equipment lasted so long. Equipment still running but it was time for more efficient and new equipment. Workers are very kind and respectful. They took all old equipment and boxes even vacuumed basement floor around furnace. Highly recommend for excellent service.

So happy with Vito’s service today of spring cleaning my A/C. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my “silly” questions with patience. He even went above and beyond and showed me how to install my water pad filter on my humidifier. I can now rest easy knowing that I am reading for summer! Review: Getting a new furnace and AC is always one of a homeowner’s biggest financial hits, but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Elite Air proved to be the most reliable, professional HVAC company I have encountered across multiple homes and cities. When my AC started having issues in my current house, they didn’t try to sell me. They gave me the options. They even advised me against overspending when they could have easily gotten more money. I decided to go ahead and replace vs. repair since all of my equipment was 20+ years and definitely on its last leg. Shortly after I ordered and scheduled my service, the AC officially kicked the bucket on a hot Friday night. I let them know, but wasn’t expecting any service since my equipment and installation wasn’t scheduled until the following week. Without asking, they showed up first thing the next morning (on a Saturday morning) to try and get it back up and running at no cost to me while I waited for my new equipment to arrive. They also put in a temporary/portable AC unit to keep me cool until the equipment arrived on Monday. Again, at no cost to me. They showed up first thing Monday, installed all of the equipment professionally and quickly without issue. I couldn’t believe how smooth it all went. The crew was professional and friendly. They were nice and friendly around my wife and kids and they took care of my home—making very sure to not damage floors and walls with narrow turns and staircases. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all of the old parts. They went above and beyond the scope of the project in more ways than one without trying to hit me with hidden costs. On top of it all and in addition to providing flawless service and top of the line equipment, they also gave me the BEST price. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I will be recommending Elite to my neighbors who also have similarly older units. My wife has already texted our next door neighbor with their info and singing their praises.

Review: My furnace went out on Sunday night and I called the 24 hour number. Vito gave me a call less than an hour later and when i told him what was going on determined that they would need parts that weren’t on the van and we would need to wait until Monday but he got me the first appointment. He was courteous, helpful and well informed.

Kurt Schroeder was my technician. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was also very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to help us get our furnace back in operation.

I plan to use Elite Air again when I need similar services.
