Review: Wow! Airco absolutely bailed us out on this project. The Entire Hvac & Plumbing was a mess! Their teams showed up like clock work from the beginning of the project to the very last day! They crawled through nasty crawl spaces, they navigated the opossums in the crawl space, pointed out problems that needed addressed, offered professional advice & were kind courteous and fast! Thank you so much Daniel & Beverly Renfro, Darrel & Linda Renfro for all the incredible love you poured on our family. This project needed a little more horse power than I was capable of giving it. Review: I’ve inherited Airco from a flipped property I purchased. Still has the warranty so I choose to use them. It’s almost not worth it. Terrible scheduling system, there’s a lot of “I’ll call you on the day of and see what time our guys can make it to you”. I even tried to accommodate and say I’m available all day with at least a half an hour heads up to meet them. I’m a small business owner and own multiple properties in STL City and county and need a nice heads up to make it…They still didn’t even call me at all to even give me a window to expect a worker to come. I gave two star because when I was actually able to have someone look at the AC unit he was able to fix it rather quickly. But what is it worth when the problem was a bad install in the first place…Brand new heater Edit: I was able to get my problem solved. And management helped a lot with that. If you have concerns voice them with management and I will say, they will step up. I never dealt with the normal scheduling system again so I can’t comment on that but, I was taken care of in the end. The service technician who came out was also very professional again and very knowledgeable. He found the problem and fixed it after some troubleshooting.

Review: It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this company! Highly recommended. Very friendly, and responded in a timely manner. When they came out they were super awesome, explained our issue thoroughly and what the fix was going to be. That was super helpful. I expected the “damage 💰” to be much worse…..and a lot of companies would pounce on the opportunity to charge more. I applaud the integrity of this company. Hands down best HVAC company I’ve used in my 20+ years of being a home owner in this area. Very easy to work with, responsive, knowledgeable, easy on the pocket and most importantly trustworthy!
