Review: We’re working to electrify our house, and Compass installed two Mitsubishi heat pumps and an LG heat pump water heater as part of that project. From the start, we were impressed by their depth of experience—something that really stood out compared to other companies who seemed newer to installing heat pumps.

Mike (the owner) took the time to listen to our needs and put together thoughtful, well-planned proposals. Scott coordinated everything and made sure the project stayed on track. Mike (the installer) did excellent work and showed great attention to detail. Everyone we interacted with at Compass was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and easy to work with.

Review: Mike and his son at Compass were both absolute bosses! Got us a new furnace and installed it for a great price! They ran new pipe, new media air filter and removed everything from the old furnace. Everything is working perfect. We really enjoyed that he was training his son! The best way is always OTJ. Review: Mike and his company are as easy to work with as it gets. They were communicative, professional, excellent work, and a fair price. I’ve had my Daikin Fit system for a little over a year now and it has made quite the difference in both cost/efficiency to run, and my home is more comfortable with an even temperature throughout the house. Review: I recently had Compass replace my aging furnace and AC units (two of each) and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wanted to convert to an all-electric system, and they recommended and installed Mitsubishi air-source heat pumps, air handlers, and supplementary backup heat. Additionally, I had them install a couple of the Ducoterra ceiling-mounted infrared heaters for a room that has poor airflow.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would highly recommend them in the future to anyone looking for a new heating/cooling system.
