Review: I had a furnace installed by ABC in October 2024, along with additional work totaling over $13,000, including a boiler, toilets, faucets, and other installations, as well as other installations at another property i own. As part of the furnace installation, I also paid for a humidifier and UVB bulbs. However, shortly after installation, I had to sweep up metal debris from my floor out of concern for my pets’ safety.

A few weeks later, the furnace began making a loud rattling noise, prompting me to call ABC for service. The technician who arrived identified a loose part, claimed to have fixed it, and noted that the panel door handle was broken. He assured me this would be replaced when they came to clean my vents, but I never received a new one.

During the city inspection, I was informed that the humidifier and UVB bulbs were never installed, the filter housing was improperly fitted, and the broken panel door handle had been super-glued rather than properly replaced. I reached out to ABC about these issues a week ago and was promised a callback within 24 hours, which never happened. After follow-ups via phone and email, I was only told to leave a voicemail, and I have yet to receive a response, which is infuriating considering how much money I spent with them.

Additionally, I recently discovered that one of the toilets they installed is leaking, with water seeping into my basement bathroom. Given these issues and the difficulty in obtaining proper customer service, I strongly advise verifying the work they perform and reviewing your contract to ensure you receive everything you paid for.

Based on my experience, I would recommend seeking local plumbing, HVAC, and electrical professionals before calling ABC. The ongoing struggle to get the quality of work and products I paid for has made me question the reliability of all the services they provided.

Review: We called ABC on February 27th about an issue with our hot water heater. They sent a technician over the next morning to inspect. Vladimir J came to the house and He explained our repair options and we went with the tankless water heater option. He then left to grab supplies and came back and removed our old one after heater and installed the new one. His work looks great and we have hot water again. Thanks for the help Vlad.

I was under the assumption from our conversation and install with Vlad that a tankless water heater was better. The water heater worked fine, but it is an adjustment over a tank version and we had hot water pressure issues at our home. I discussed the water pressure issue with Bryant at the ABC Customer Care Center on March 7 and he sent out his QC Team of Leo and Wally to trouble shoot the unit on March 10. After inspection, it was decided that the tankless water heater was not the best idea for our household with our hot water use and they replaced it that day with a tank water heater like we had before, as a customer care repair at no charge, and even credited the difference between the two units. We appreciate their efforts to assist us with the issue and standing by their customers. We have joined their customer club and will be using them for the future. Thanks to Bryant, Leo and Wally K. for their outstanding service.

Review: Chris R. is the best plumber I have ever worked with. ABC continually impresses me with the high quality of their employees in all of their divisions. I have used them twice for air conditioning issues, but today I needed a plumber. Chris did an outstanding job replacing the garbage disposal under my sink. He was pleasant, professional and perceptive. He communicated with me as a few issues arose. He fixed the issues and cleaned up afterwards.
