Review: Bratcher Heating/Cooling NEVER disappoints. They are always very professional. Today we had the pleasure of Cordero being our service technician; to say he was AWESOME is an understatement. Review: Our original HVAC system was 31 years old and we were dreading the expense of replacement. Bratcher was not the first company we called nor were they the last company we called when shopping around. We chose Bratcher because they were great to work with and their prices were lower compared to companies selling the same brand. Our salesman was Dan and the techs were Hunter and Shelton. Dan was straight forward with the quote and there were no surprises or hidden fees on the final invoice. Hunter and Shelton were professional and did great quality work. Hunter even took the time to show us how to operate our new smart thermostat from our phones. I would recommend Bratcher to others in the area.

Review: We have the yearly maintenance plan with Bratcher for our furnace and air conditioner. Tyler F. came out today to take care of our AC maintenance. Tyler is a very polite and courteous young man. He took the time to answer my questions and showed me how to clean the drainage port. This is the the second time Tyler has come out to perform our maintenance, I will be sure to request him every time.
