Review: These guys came out to fix my furnace and didn’t fix my issue. They got the furnace running but ‘didn’t know how they got it running’ and didn’t fix the issue. They charged me their visit fee ($120), and said that if it stopped working they would come out for free, but when it stopped working after 4 weeks (apparently it was after the 2 week timeline that was never disclosed and it was only 3.5 weeks later) they tried to charge me again. They came back out and couldn’t get it running again, luckily they didn’t charge me this time after I complained, but they quoted me thousands of dollars to do work that was NOT the issue. Thankfully I called another company and they found the issue and it was a small issue that wouldn’t have been fixed by Ultimate HVAC’s quote. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Review: Our heat stopped working in our apartment and the maintenance technician sent by property management could not resolve the issue in the 5 hours they spent at our place. We called any HVAC company offering 24/7 service, they answered the phone immediately and had a technician to our place within one hour. This technician was incredibly professional, even wore shoes covers in our place. They explained troubleshooting information to me within 5 minutes of arriving. Then diagnosed the problem and what it appeared the previous technician had made worse within one hour of arriving. They provided an estimate and took notes as well as pictures and video of what the problem was so that we could provide this to our property management. I would trust them to repair our furnace issues much much more then my property maintenance team.

Review: I was up in the air about replacing my boiler. Chano spent a lot of time providing me with information and sending me an estimate with no pressure to do the job. I eventually decided to replace it, and Ultimate Hvac did a great job and kept me informed each step of the way during the installation, and it was cleaned up nicely. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Review: Fantastic! Stress free and extremely respectful. Edgar and his partner, did an excellent job on removing and installing a brand new HVAC. We are very pleased and thankful for a job well done. I believe this is a family owned business and it really shows in their workmanship. The price was just right and now ready for this coming winter. Also, I called many Contractors and they were not upfront and honest. Ultimate HVAC delivered and did some upgrades not added to the original quote. I would gladly used them again.
