They were more about making money than helping or having concern for their customers satisfaction. The Heat Engineering company is a local business and family run. Most of their employees have been with them for many years and are very loyal and happy with their jobs. It shows in the quality of work that they provide, including the great ladies who answer the phones and work in the office. I am so glad I made the switch. Wish I had done it a long time ago!
