Review: We had the unfortunate instance of having my furnace malfunction the day that our temperature plummeted to -25.
I normally enjoy my thermostat set at 67 degrees year round, windows open, no matter the season.

However, this evening was quite different. I lit the fireplace and still didn’t feel any warmth, I increased the temperature to 76, and went to bed and closed my windows. We woke up to a thermostat reading of 59 degrees. Fir once, I needed heat.

I contacted several HVAC companies. However, the quickest response and most reasonable was Square HVAC. The technician was able to diagnose the issue, find the parts, and repair the unit.

UPDATE: My temperature is now set at a cool 60 degrees. I highly recommend Square HVAC not just because of their knowledge. I highly recommend Square HVAC because of their competence, empathy, exploration of problem solving options; and most importantly an accurate diagnosis of the problem.

Square HVAC was prompt, efficient, and did not leave until the job was completed.
