Review: Neal’s plumbing was referred to us so we made three attempts to contact them to schedule and appointment, each time reaching a virtual assistant to take our message, and after the third time they made a note on the number of attempts we’ve made to get a call back. After this we received a phone call from Todd to schedule our appointment… and nobody showed up, or called to notify us of anything that day, or since.

Review: Noticed that my hot water heater was leaking a few days ago. My friend recommended Neal’s plumbing so I gave them a call. They were able to schedule me in for the next day which worked out really well. The technician that came out was really polite and friendly. Unfortunately the tank was busted but he was able to get it fully replaced in just a couple hours. Will definitely use Neal’s for future plumbing work.
