Review: Spoke with Russell to do a cleaning and install a vent to my boiler system. He was professional and communicated when the job would be complete based upon part fulfillment. The Mid City crew came in and knocked the job down in less than a day all for a fair price. Russell after completing called to say he wanted to add more clamps to the vent to guarantee stability. This was above and beyond the scope of work, and I appreciated the extra consideration. I highly recommend.

Review: I’d just like to express that this is the 1st Black owned company that I have used in quite a while. The customer service is superb! From start to finish, Russell explained any and all questions I had about the selection of furnaces and it was after normal business hours, might I add! He was the consummate professional and gave me a clear understanding of what was needed for my home. He was very clear on pricing and very reasonable, compared to other companies that overcharge. I wholeheartedly recommend this company if you’re in need of a furnace or just repairs, they are the best in town!

Review: I needed my AC Serviced during one of the hottest weekends of the year. The day I was scheduled for service it was rainy. I was worried that since the Central Air Unit was outside, It would be rescheduled and I would have to go another night suffering from the heat.

But a Mid-City tech came out and started before I even made it back home. He sent me a picture of the problem and quoted me a price. He asked for my consent to do the work…NO BRAINER.

I needed it fixed and the quote was good, but what was more important than the price was the expedient, professional, and courteous service.

In one word…AMAZING.
