Review: As the owner of almost 100 rental units, I highly recommend McNichols Heating & Cooling. Sean has been doing my work, both repairs and new installations, for almost 2 years and always provides 5 star service. He is professional and courteous to myself and tenants, very fairly priced, always answers my calls, when possible always schedules same day repairs, provides great communication providing me with knowledgeable diagnosis, explanations, concerns and recommendations. Most importantly, his work is spot on.
As a landlord and homeowner, I can’t express how lucky I consider myself to be to have McNichols Heating & Cooling and Sean, in particular, as my go-to guy for all of my heating and cooling needs.
I feel it necessary to comment on the recent and only 1 star review on this site. This was for work that was contracted by me. The reviewer is not my tenant and did not contract the work. The reviewer was present only because the tenant requests someone on site for all maintenance. The tenant was not available and the repair needed to be completed at both the tenant’s and my request.
This was an ongoing heating and cooling issue with extenuating circumstances requiring a process of elimination diagnosis. Throughout the process, Sean kept me fully informed and conducted the process as I saw fit as the property owner. The work was completed as I directed and is to my full 5 star satisfaction.
I wholeheartedly do not agree with the 1 star rating. I received no proof of any complaint the reviewer had and is contradictory to my own experiences with Sean. The only other times tenants have contacted me regarding a service call by McNichols Heating and Cooling is to express thanks and extreme satisfaction with the demeanor and service provided by Sean.
