Review: I have had recurring, but different, plumbing issues in my new home since November 2024. I have worked with First Choice Heating, Cooling & Plumbing to resolve my issues since that time. I have been quite pleased with Tim’s workmanship – he solved my original pipe leaking issue in quick fashion, and then he upgraded my shower valves to the newer pressure balancing type (hooray for no more scalding when a toilet is flushed elsewhere in the house!). He also repaired an external valve that had bulged due to freezing, and he most recently replaced my house main water isolation valve and pressure regulator. Although I wish my plumbing system didn’t require so much help, Tim and First Choice have done an exceptional job in resolving the multiple issues. I would highly recommend their services, and I will continue to use them should other plumbing issues pop up.

Review: It takes a lot to impress me but these folks are awesome! Their customer service is unmatched and their plumber Tim was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He did great work and ensured that we knew how to keep our water heater up and running, explained why we needed to pause our water softening system for a couple of weeks while the new unit got acclimated, and explained how to adjust the water temperature settings on the water heater at a later time if we didn’t like the current ones. He cleaned up after himself thoroughly and respected our home like it was his own. I can’t say enough good things about our experience and would definitely recommend their services. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Review: One thing I hold high value on is customer service and this company goes above and beyond. I had a mess of a situation and this company went to bat with my warranty company and won. Both the administration side and the plumber were very kind , very knowledgeable and really helped me.
