Review: It’s really hard to keep it short when talking about the great experience of working with David Beam and the Energy Services team for my new furnace and AC system because there’s so many stand-out areas!
To start with, David himself, as a salesperson in a technical area not only has deep technical understanding of heating & cooling systems (from his >24 years of installing and servicing them), he also has a natural, easy way of relating with people that is not pushy but at the same time is efficient, professional and respectful. He was my first contact with Energy Services and he made it easy for me to have a sense of trust that I would be happy with the result of going with the company. He quoted exactly the range of configurations we had discussed – no surprises – and after a quick call with him to finalize the system choice he sent me the contract on a Saturday so that the system could be installed the following Tuesday (as my heat had not been working the prior week with more cold weather on the way).
The install technicians, Matt and Anthony, showed up promptly as scheduled, told me exactly what would be done, answered the questions I had, and worked efficiently as a team (one on the AC, the other on the furnace, then both together as the system came together) to remove the old units, install the new system, and have the heat running and everything cleaned up in 8 hrs flat. Again, no surprises!
Just to have a new system in and working that fast by two professional and respectful techs would have been enough, but when I took time that night to look at the new system I can honestly say it’s the cleanest and most professional hvac install I’ve seen in this house – the clean organization of cabling & piping, straightness of alignment, detail quality of seams and interfaces between elements, and just overall execution is at a level that I rarely see and very much appreciate. Anthony and Matt’s quality of workmanship and attention to detail in the installation is truly impressive, as you can see in the picture.
The system so far is working quietly and keeping such an even temp throughout the house that it’s easy to not even think about 😃. I’m so glad my neighbor referred Energy Services to me, and so appreciative of David, Anthony and Matt for their quality work and professional approach.
