Review: I had a great experience with Elite HVAC from the initial inspection to the replacement of my furnace. My furnace was 31 years old and had a good run. Jeffrey came out walked me through the inspection, showing me photos and sharing his concern (I was standing their and saw the flashback of fire). I worked with Ed who provided quotes and took my call to educate me on the best furnace for my size home and worked with me to get scheduled. Actually was able to expedite my install as my family stayed at a hotel. Juan and team came out early (as expected) and immediately went to work; a job that I expected to take 10 to 12 hours took significantly less time. Better than the reduced install time, the old furnace was installed facing a wall and was difficult to service; Juan reversed the furnace adding new gas lines and flue. This was a job well done; quality customer service and quality install. Thank you Elite Team.
