Review: My furnace was making a strange noise and obviously needed repair. I went through 2 other Lemont based HVAC companies and got the run around. The first company came out and replaced the supposed faulty component, only to have reversed the polarity on my furnace which completely killed my furnace. They refused to cover the damages.

Then I met EcoTemp. What a difference! They sent a technician to my house and updated me on his ETA while he was en route. He came on time, was clean, and absolutely professional. 2 hours later, and the work was done. They replaced my furnace and even gave me a major credit on my account even though the furnace being broken wasn’t their fault. These guys are smart business people and have won my business for the long run. No need to look at any other companies. EcoTemp is where it’s at!! Class act!
