Review: He could have been like Tiger or the other ‘dispatching’ companies that come out and charge their automatic fee and then try to get you to buy their additional services and will waive the fee . . . instead Diehl’s knew my issue was an easy fix and talked me through it over the phone, no charge. When something major happens to my furnace Diehl’s will absolutely get my business. Thank you for still holding onto our old American values.

Review: This gentleman is a throwback to a different era when customer service meant something. He was prompt, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with a heating or cooling need. This is the third time he has fixed various problems with our furnace and A/C. Each time the problem has remained fixed and he has informed us how to avoid problems like this in the future.

Review: Carl was always great to work with, not charging service call fees and showing you how to fix things. Used him for personal residence and rental properties over the years. It’s a shame he retired.
