Review: Gerardo, the technician who came to service our furnace was truly excellent. He replaced two parts and cleaned another. When he came out last month to perform the inspection, he aprised us of what the furnace needed and showed us pictures of the worn out parts and the readings he took that showed the parts were not functioning at 100%. Gerardo is a talented, smart and engaging technician. Deljo has been a solid company with solid employees for years. We are very happy with them.

Review: I highly recommend Deljo and Izzy! Izzy came to the appointment early, was very professional and did a great job diagnosing the issue. He was thorough with looking at our whole system so he could provide a quote. Not once did I feel like he was trying to upsell me for services we didn’t need. You can tell Izzy and Deljo are customer focused and operate with integrity. They’ve earned our trust and business going forward. We will be using Deljo for annual maintenance for our house!

Review: I don’t often review businesses, but I had to comment on the exceptional experience I had with Deljo. My wife and I met with several companies about a furnace & AC replacement. The Deljo consultant they sent to our home took time to patiently walk us through each option and gave his recommendations. He was not pushy in any way, but gave us the information we needed to make a decision. When we made our choices, he made sure to measure each doorway and entry point to ensure that the units would be able to fit. The installation crew was just as professional. They sent plenty of hands to do the work. They were friendly, efficient, and they were so tidy that we barely knew they were there. They had to deal with some tight spaces and handled it perfectly. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Review: Sam was great – five stars all the way. Knew his stuff and fixed our inducer motor and humidifiers. Only complaint is that the initial tech that diagnosed the water in our inducer motor and suggested we file a warranty claim, failed to clear the blockage in our condensate trap which was the precipitating cause of the issue. Guess I’ll never know if clearing the trap at the outset would have solved our problem, allowed us to live in a more warm/comfortable environment for the last two weeks and saved us the money on the warranty labor/install.
