Review: I called Crescent Aire Heating and Cooling company. My Heating unit was giving a problem during the Cold weather,the temperature kept on dipping low. It was very cold, the technician Ibrahim came the VERY SAME DAY …(this is something that you cannot see with other companies especially during this time of the winter season ). He did the Job perfectly, very well done explaining to me what the problem was, checked ALL THE VENTS THOROUGHLY, waited for a long time to see my Unit was running and good to go, answering my concerns and also educating me as to how to put the Air Filter and showed me to tell him the signs if it stops working or is giving any problem.
I highly recommend Crescent Aire Heating and Cooling, they are very reasonable in pricing and making sure that they get the work done right away and the same day. The best of all, I called Ibrahim, he is always available that very same day, acknowledging our concerns and offering help right away.
