Review: Terrific experience! Our 17-yr old furnace stopped working. I found Brush’s name on the thermostat, so I looked them up and read their other Google reviews. They did not disappoint! They were able to make it out the next day. The technician was fantastic. He figured out the problem was a melted relay (layman’s terms on my part), which he was able to replace on the spot. We were worried that with the age of our furnace it would have to be replaced, but he told us it should work for years. I’m 100% sure that another company wouldn’t have been anywhere near as honest. Their prices were very reasonable, too. We have two units, so if anything happens with the other one, we will absolutely be calling Brush’s!
