Review: Excellent service as always. I’ve used them for 4 years now and they are professional, punctual and thorough. I was serviced by John today who did excellent work and pointed out something important that needed updating and got to work right away even though it would have taken an hour more of time than was scheduled. Very much appreciated.

Review: Last week there happened to be a couple warm days in Tulsa. When I turned on my air conditioner, it started making a noise that I knew wasn’t right, but I definitely knew what to do – turn it off & call Brian’s Heat & Air. I asked Brian to put me on the schedule for the next day or two. Brian called me that very afternoon & showed up at my house ready to look at my air conditioner & get to work – which he did, and within an hour had it fixed & running. Now I’m ready when the warmer temps are back again. I’ve used Bryan many times in the past years & he’s the one I’ll continue to call for my air conditioner & heating problems. Brian is very knowledgeable, polite, professional & gets the job done. God Bless you Brian.

Review: We had a full HVAC and ductwork tear out and installation done by Brian’s HVAC on June 1, 2024, costing us $17,000. Since then, we’ve experienced nothing but problems. Just ten days after the job was completed, we had to request a follow-up appointment due to issues with the installation. The service manager who came out on June 10th was dismissive, rude, and only stayed for a few minutes (we have everything on our doorbell cam). Despite promising to reschedule, we never heard back. We had to escalate the issue to the owner, Brian, who came out on June 26, 2024, and apologized, noting that the manager was no longer with the company. He agreed that several things were done incorrectly, and a technician was sent out the same day to fix the issues.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. On July 31, 2024, we experienced issues with the thermostat display unit. After troubleshooting on my own and speaking with Brian’s, a technician came out on August 5, 2024, but simply reset the unit, which I had already done. The issue keeps recurring, and we’ve had to manually reset it multiple times since then.
The worst experience was on November 20, 2024, when our system threw an error code (OU high pressure switch strikes lockout) the day we were leaving for vacation. Brian’s front office said that they couldn’t send anyone out until the next day or later (even though Brian’s website advertises 24 hour emergency service), so I had to call another company. They walked me through how to set a temporary fix within the system over the phone and scheduled an appointment for them to come out when we returned from vacation.
In summary, Brian’s HVAC may be good on the commercial side, but residential customers should look elsewhere. We’ve had persistent problems, inadequate service, and disappointing follow-ups. For $17,000, we expected and deserved so much better. We’ve since had to hire another company to fix ongoing issues. Overall, a frustrating and costly experience. If I could give them no stars I definitely would!
All things that I have written in this review can be backed up with proof via text messages with Brian’s, and pictures of the issues (with dates).

Review: The salesman was kind. The duct install team did a good job. The furnace and a/c work well. After that it kinda went downhill.
We had a tricky attic install where the unit had to be installed on its side. The workers left and everything looked fine at first glance. I paid the bill and that was that. Then I looked more closely.
The workers left with a return vent hooked up to nothing. There was just an intake hole left open in the duct and the return vent was hanging in the wall. Upon closer inspection, they installed the unit with no way to change the filter – it was completely inaccesible.
I called to see if they would come back and remedy the situation, but I had already paid and they were not interested. In the photos you can see the inake to nowhere and the filter with no way to change it.
The heating and a/c have worked flawlessly, and the duct work install team did a great job. They really only let us down on the last touches.
Nice enough people, a/c and furnace install is working fine, and solid duct install work; but make sure the job is done before you pay – I wish I had.

Review: Three part review:
1) Fernando is amazing. Very thorough in finding the issue with our Mitsubishi AC units. He made sure everything was running correctly and waited a little bit extra to make sure it was working 100% correctly.
2) Brian’s team is not like other company’s that will take your money and run. Every service tech always takes their time and is thorough, calling Brian is they want to check something or need some guidance – which is amazing to admit. I much prefer someone double checking an answer over someone just doing what they feel is correct bc that’s how they have always done it. If there is an issue with a service tech, let Brian or Miguel know and they’ll fix the issue.
3) We had Brian come out a couple years ago to give us quotes on installing AC throughout the house (prior owners only had window units). He gave us several options, explained benefits of each in great detail, and for a prices that were similar to others but based on conversations I knew I could trust him and his company. No machine is perfect, and when ours took its hits, Brian was always there for his tech guys helping them out when needed. He is super knowledgeable.
4) Miguel is amazing. We’ve worked with him many times on the project of installing the AC units. He is very professional, very knowledgeable on Mitsubishi units, and always able to find a solution to the little things that come up. Miguel always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and they they job is done correctly.
Long story short, trust these guys. Small things always happen with machines, but these guys work as a team and will find an answer for a reasonable price.
