Review: Our experience with Blue Frost was 5 star the entire way. For the initial service call, Chris, diagnosed the issue with our 15+ year old unit quickly and advised us of our options. We chose to replace the unit and our next experience with Matt was equally impressive. Mike guided us through various options and made recommendations on our needs and budget. The new unit was able to be installed within days. The install team of Jason and Mike were true professionals. Jason set expectations that they would do the job right, not rush, respect our property and make sure we had heat as quickly as possible. Their attention to detail was impeccable and the install went off without a hitch, looked perfect, and they left the area cleaner than it probably was before the install. The entire team at Blue Frost was professional, respectful of our time and home, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was perfect. I will use them for years to come!

Review: Blue Frost has always provided professional, top notch service, and this time was no exception. Ricardo Adame performed a thorough inspection of my heating system and advised to have the blower cleaned to improve system efficiency. I asked about an ultraviolet air scrubber, and he had the information as well as photos of installations he had done. I’m an engineer and can say I appreciate his expertise.
