Review: We are so incredibly grateful to Air Ace heating & cooling. This company did an outstanding job replacing our boiler. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything along the way.

I would highly recommend this this company. The communication was excellent, they were punctual, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very clean/neat. They made sure that we had a clear understanding during the entire process and when they finished, they did an amazing job cleaning everything up.

Review: I would highly recommend AirAce to anyone needing service for heating and cooling! Joel and his team honored a quote they gave me several months prior and didn’t charge me extra, which I greatly appreciated. His team replaced my AC unit and switched us from a boiler unit to a furnace. Joel came out personally to make sure everything was running smoothly. Since they were already working with our gas lines, I asked if they could extend one of the lines so we could use our new gas dryer (didn’t realize it was gas and not electric when we got it). They only charged us $100 to extend the line and they ended up hooking up our dryer for us and even made sure it worked! He even made sure to explain how everything worked to me and my husband, which I greatly appreciate because a lot of contractors treat women differently than men. I have nothing but good things to say about this organization!!!!!!

Review: AirAce is quick to address customer concerns and they are determined to properly diagnose equipment issues. Most service providers give huge windows of when they may arrive. AirAce has a much more reasonable scheduling system, and they keep you updated throughout the day (if necessary), and send a text with a picture of who will be coming to your door. This should be required for all service providers. I have worked specifically with Joel and Angel and they are both extremely knowledgable, and I just love their low key, kind, and respectful communication style. (And if you’re interested, they are happy to explain the physics/mechanics of the equipment they install and what’s happening when systems aren’t functioning how they should.) I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
