Review: Just want to give a huge shout out to Advantage Heating & Cooling!

Not only have they been very professional and helpful to help us maintain our old furnace but they were incredibly responsive when it needed to be replaced.

The technicians are very professional, timely and intentional on the best ways to help you with your HVAC needs.

Their prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of options for all budgets.

Yesterday, we had our furnace replaced by them and what we all thought was a simple install, turned into a very large project for them due to the originally builder poorly installing the system.

They worked non stop for almost 11 hours to get us heat and we could not be happier!

When the time comes for needing a service or new system please consider them!

Review: End of November called for a no heat issue. Tech #1 came out and addressed the issue. While on site tech #1 was also asked to check the humidifier for any issues. Tech #1 did and said everything was great. Verbally told my wife that there were no issues! ( Lie ). Not even a month later the humidifier is leaking water and the cover is not sealed on the side of the furnace. Call advantage to come address issue. Tech #2 says there is a crack in the housing and we should NOT have to pay for this service call because not more than a month ago Tech #1 checked it all out. Tech #1 is now doing another job function because obviously he has no clue as to what he is doing. Manager tells my wife we called for a no heat issue. Does it say anything on the invoice about a humidifier issue?? No, because while tech #1 was at our house we asked to have the humidifier checked as well. Manger says too bad and charges us $188. Now, if the manager would of worked with us because we are the customer and even his tech #2 agrees with us, everything would be ok. Not so! I’m reporting this shady company to the BBB. Avoid them at all costs!

Review: I am so glad I called Advantage.

I had a different company replace my furnace and AC unit last year. Within days, it was not able to keep up with cooling our house on hot days. Called the company back and they said they checked the system and everything is working as it should, so there is nothing they can do.

This summer I was sick of our house always being over 80° with the air running, so I called Advantage.

Not only were they able to do a couple of things to make my system more efficient, but they also were able to show me how the furnace the previous company had installed is too small for my house. Now I have something to show that previous company as proof that what they installed in my home is not acceptable.

Al and Rob were so professional and friendly as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Advantage to anyone.
